Paul W. Roop, II, earned his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1989. He spent his first years in practice as an attorney assisting in major litigation. Later in 1991, he moved back to his hometown of Beckley, West Virginia. Paul worked as the lead litigation attorney handling general litigation until 1998 for a respected law firm.
Paul Roop founded Roop Law Office LC in 1998. His drive in starting the firm was to be more effective with his own practice.
